In the last years has been responsible with Retail Distribution Channels Development and Digital Transformation at Banca Comerciala Romana, part of the team who implement several innovations in the local market, such as: first biometric authentication solution for digital channels, 100% full digital services from onboarding to liabilities and lending products, Branch Transformation as part of figital experience, George ecosystem implementation and commercial launch.
